Definitions:

Accelerated:

The word accelerated means to speed up, move faster, or increase the rate of progress. It refers to something happening at a rapid pace, beyond the normal or expected rate.

Increase:

Increase means expansion, multiplication, or growth beyond the usual limits. It is the divine empowerment to rise above limitations, move from one level to another, and experience supernatural abundance in all areas of life.

Definition of “Accelerated Increase”

“Accelerated Increase” refers to the supernatural speed at which God lifts, blesses, and expands His people. It is when God moves someone forward at a rapid pace, beyond natural calculations. It is divine upliftment that defies human effort and logic.

Introduction: Throughout the Bible, we see God causing His people to experience accelerated increase—growth, promotion, and enlargement beyond human expectations. When God steps into a person’s life, He can take them from the back to the front, from a low place to a high place, and from little to abundance in no time.

One of the most remarkable examples of accelerated increase is the story of Joseph. Within a single day, Joseph moved from the prison to the palace (Genesis 41:14, 41-44). This was not just an increase—it was an accelerated increase! When God steps in, what should take years happens in moments.

In this sermon, we will explore seven biblical principles that unlock accelerated increase in our lives.

7 Things you need for accelerated Increase

1. Divine favor: It brings accelerated increase

“For You, O LORD, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield.” Psalm 5:12

Joseph experienced accelerated increase because of divine favor (Genesis 39:2-5, 21). When God’s favor is upon you, you will be lifted beyond your qualifications.

2. Obedience to God: It unlocks acceleration

“If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.” Isaiah 1:19

When we obey God’s instructions, He accelerates our progress. The widow of Zarephath obeyed Elijah’s prophetic instruction and moved from lack to abundance (1 Kings 17:8-16).

3. Faith in God: It activates supernatural speed

“Jesus said to him, ‘If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” Mark 9:23

The woman with the issue of blood received immediate healing because of her faith (Mark 5:25-34). Faith releases God’s supernatural speed in our lives.

4. Divine Connection: It brings speedy promotion

“A man’s gift makes room for him, and brings him before great men.” Proverbs 18:16

David was connected to King Saul through divine arrangement (1 Samuel 16:18-21). One connection can move a person from obscurity to prominence overnight.

5. Prophetic declarations: It can accelerate destiny.

“You shall also decree a thing, and it shall be established for you.” Job 22:28

Elijah declared the end of drought, and rain came speedily (1 Kings 18:41-45). When we declare God’s Word, we activate acceleration.

6. The Anointing: It breaks delays and causes speed

“It shall come to pass in that day that his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, and his yoke from your neck, and the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.” Isaiah 10:27

David was anointed, and within a short time, he went from a shepherd boy to a national hero (1 Samuel 16:13; 17:45-50). The anointing removes limitations and speeds up destiny fulfillment.

7. Divine Mercy: It overrides human limitations

“So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy.” Romans 9:16

Mephibosheth was forgotten and crippled, yet God’s mercy brought him into the palace (2 Samuel 9:1-7). Mercy accelerates what human strength cannot achieve.

Conclusion: God is in the business of accelerated increase. What takes others years to achieve, He can make happen in a moment. As we align ourselves with His principles—favor, obedience, faith, divine connection, prophetic declaration, the anointing, and mercy, we position ourselves for supernatural speed.

Are you ready for divine acceleration? If you believe, declare it: “My season of accelerated increase has come!
