TOPIC: WHY QUESTION GOD, WHY ME?

TEXT: Genesis 25:19-28; 1 Chronicles 4:9-10; Proverbs 24:10
Definition / Introduction
These are questions we ask when situations are not convenient.
Have you ever thought when different situations come your way that cause some suffering, “why is this happening?” You can become troubled and anxious, become downcast, or feel sorry for yourself. Have you ever considered that it’s actually because God has such a care and love for you that is why that situation(s) did not destroy us but help to our transformation?
We always ask why is it me?
Why we ask questions in life
1. Due to situations of life.
2. Due to crisis of life.
3. Due to sickness is and diseases in the body.
4. Due to disappointment in life.
5. Due to issues of life that is beyond our control.
What we as children of God need to understand
1. Life situations cannot be pleasant always.
2. Problems or issues of life always come with challenges.
3. Even greatness in life comes with its own challenges and problems.
4. No matter the situation, remember God knows the best.
5. God is always involved in all situations of life, you are never alone. (Please don’t give up).
6. In that situation you are, instead of asking question why me? learn to always tell it to Jesus in prayer. (He will answer you).
What you must always do in situations like this
1. Build a word base life (read the Bible daily).
2. Develop a strong prayer life. Learn to pray).
3. Don’t lose hope always have faith.
4. Why are you down there? Why are you sorrowful? Why are you still weeping? Stand up, Get up and Get back on your feet. It is not your end, you are still breathing, you are still alive and you can still make it. Your solution is very near.
